Eligibility Criteria for ISI 2025 Undergraduate Courses:
Understanding the eligibility requirements is the first step towards admission. ISI 2025 sets out specific criteria that all applicants must meet.
- Educational Qualifications: Applicants must have completed 10+2 years of high school education or equivalent examination with Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects. In addition, students who will take the final exam in 2025 can also register.
- Nationality: ISI accepts Indian citizens and international students. However, international applicants must follow additional steps set by the institution.
- Age Criteria: There are no specific age limits for ISI graduate programs unlike other competitive exams. In the same way Students of all ages can register. As long as the academic requirements are met.

ISI 2025 Admission Test Pattern:
The ISI entrance exam is highly competitive and is designed to assess a student’s in-depth understanding of mathematics. In addition, the Bachelor of Statistics (B Stat) entrance exam, the Bachelor of Mathematics (B Mathematics) entrance exam, and The Bachelor of Statistical Data Science (B SDS) follow a similar pattern.
- Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs): This phase tests candidates on topics such as algebra, calculus, probability, and geometry. These questions are designed to test speed and accuracy, however, so candidates must prepare well.
- Descriptive Questions: The second phase consists of descriptive questions that require detailed problem-solving skills. Additionally, these questions assess the student’s ability to apply mathematical concepts to complex problems. As such, this activity requires comprehension. in depth about two basic concepts.
